We offer free shipping on every order to addresses in the United States. No minimum purchase required.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Most packages arrive within 7–15 business days across the USA. Tracking is emailed when your order ships.

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. If you don't receive tracking within 5 business days of ordering, email hello@kitchvo.com.
You have 15 days after receiving your item to report an issue. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: email a photo or video and we'll send a full refund or free replacement once verified. Change-of-mind physical returns aren't available, but contact us and we'll do our best to help. Sale items and gift cards aren't eligible.
